STEVE GANDY:
Bass Guitar
Steve started to learn to play the Guitar at age 8 after his Father showed him the basic chords. He then went on to learn to play the Drums, Bass Guitar and started learning to play the Pedal Steel Guitar.
Even though Steve has a back ground in Country and Southern Gospel Music, he has always liked and listened to Southern and Classic Rock Music and has always wanted to be in a band that played it.
Steve was in a Country band known as the “FLORIDA DRIFTERS” and two Southern Gospel bands known as
“THE MASTERS SOUND” and “STILL WATERS”.
Even though Steve plays The Guitar, Drums, Pedal Steel Guitar and Bass Guitar, he feels that he is most efficient playing the Bass Guitar.
He also loves playing the Bass Guitar because it gives him the freedom to add his own style of Bass runs and riffs to the songs that he plays.
Steve says that he also sings but thinks that he is better at Playing and wants to concentrate more on the Music and what he can add while playing the Bass.
He really enjoys knowing and making music with the other Members of the Band and will always consider them as GREAT Friends.
Great Music with Great Friends, what else could you ask for?
Steve believes that all things happen for a reason through Gods Plan.
Alex Lopez:
Lead Guitar, Keyboard and Vocals
Alex
started his music journey with organ lessons at the age of 8 and became
an accomplished keyboardist playing at church and school functions. As a
teen he discovered the guitar and the joys of playing in a band. He
spent the better part of young adulthood playing in bands, polishing his
songwriting skills, recording in studios and trying to turn his passion
for music into a career. He eventually went on to become a singer
songwriter and even had his songs played on a Tampa local radio station
in the mid 80's.
But sometimes life has other plans and somewhere in his late
twenties Alex settled into a "regular" life. As Alex says "I have no
complaints as I've been blessed with an incredible life: good health,
beautiful family, and success in business - what more can I ask for".
But his passion for playing and writing music has never really
stopped and now with his children grown Alex says "its time to rekindle
the fire"
"Music is such a natural part of who I am plus it's never to late
to chase a dream or two" says Alex, "With Reminiscion I get to do all
that while having fun and putting on a great show for people to enjoy -
what more can I ask for"

SARAH CHRISTIANSEN:
Vocals, Tambourine, Harmonica and Cowbell.
Sarah just loves
to sing. She was raised in the island of St.Croix and grew up listening to
reggae, calypso, steel drums and of course, rock n roll.
Before
Reminiscion, she sang in church choirs and several other local bands.
Seeing
people dancing and enjoying themselves is what inspires her the
most. As long as she can please the crowd Sarah will never stop
singing! She is so excited and
proud of
Reminiscion.
"We work hard, yet we have
fun. If it is no fun, why do it?"
